GALVANIZED
Hot dip galvanizing is a highly durable and maintenance-free treatment before it begins to lose its anti-corrosive protective effect.
Thanks to 20 years of process improvement and ISO 9001 standards, we have achieved high levels of quality at low cost.
Our tank has a length of 2.4m, a width of 0.7m and a depth of 1.3m. It allows us to galvanize parts with a maximum length of 2.5m, a width of 0.6m and a depth of 1m;
classification and selection system
When the parts arrive at our galvanizing center, they are subjected to a review and subsequent classification, choosing the best technology to be applied, either by centrifugation or hanging.
DEGREASING AND PICKLING
The first step is degreasing, which consists of a cleaning bath that allows us to remove all types of oils.
The material is then pickled by means of an acid bath, leaving it in a virgin state.
FLUXING
Next, the parts are submerged in a bath of flux to achieve the metallic adhesion of the future coating.
DRYING
The next step is to let the pieces rest in a drying oven to avoid wet contact with the molten zinc bath.
GALVANIZED
The parts are galvanized by hot immersion in a bath of molten zinc at 465 degrees Celsius and then cooled.
INSPECTION
Finally, it is subjected to an inspection process in which its final appearance is evaluated as well as the thickness obtained, and as a last step, the batch of pieces is weighed and placed on the customer's beach for its subsequent delivery.
