CUT LÁSER

Laser cutting is a process by which the laser beam concentrates light on a point on the surface of the work material, raising its temperature until it melts or vaporizes. It allows to cut metals with complex shapes without the need of tools and at a similar or higher speed than other cutting methods;
It allows cutting slabs of a maximum of 3 x 1.5 meters.

Materials suitable for cutting:
Carbon steel (up to 22mm) 
             Stainless steel (up to 20mm)
             Aluminum (up to 20mm)

The accuracy and edge quality achieved is better than with other methods, as the blade does not wear during the cutting process.  

It allows to cut metals with complex shapes without the need of tools and at a similar or higher speed than other machines.

Allows cutting small diameter holes with complex details and good edge quality in sheet metal, plate, tube or box sections.

The linear cutting system does not produce deformation or alteration of the raw material being worked on.

The price of cutting is reduced due to its energy efficiency: the system consumes between 3 and 5 times less energy.
